Our Story

 Over 5 years ago this blog began as a combination of two passions: reading books and drinking cocktails. After a long hiatus, the blog has been brought back to life to serve mainly as a book review blog with splashes of my daily life in Chicago. I started my career in book publicity and while I still do publicity, I have moved out of the industry into a completely unrelated sector. However, my love of reading persists and it felt like the right time to open the pages of my blog to share that love with whomever has the same passion I do.
